Toronto’s waterfront just received a winter makeover, thanks to Queens Harbour‘s launch of The White Garden, a seasonal transformation that turns the already-stunning venue into a dreamlike winter escape. Located at 245 Queens Quay W, Queens Harbour has built its reputation on bold design, a vibrant social atmosphere, and a menu that blends Mediterranean warmth with Asian-inspired fire. This winter, they’ve elevated the experience even further with a one-of-a-kind installation running through January.
Stepping into The White Garden feels like entering an ethereal snow-kissed forest. Over 40 flocked white trees are suspended from the ceiling, creating a canopy of frosted branches that glow under soft ambient lighting. Snow-dusted foliage, fur-textured accents, and winter-frosted wall textures complete the immersive atmosphere. The effect is magical, visually dramatic without being overwhelming, and designed to evoke the serene stillness of a forest in mid-winter, wrapped in luxury.
To match the visual transformation, Queens Harbour has curated a seasonal menu that plays into rich winter flavours. Highlights include Butternut Squash Agnolotti topped with sun-dried tomato and micro basil, the Australian Wagyu Skirt Steak paired with chickpea tagine and whipped feta carrots, and a show-stopping Ferrero Rocher Cheesecake layered with praline mousse. Even the cocktails lean into the indulgence: the Ferrero Rocher Espresso Martini, Candy Cane Slush, and the non-alcoholic White Passion add a festive touch to the cold-weather mood.
As day turns into evening, The White Garden evolves from a serene dining backdrop into a lively winter lounge. With a DJ program, warm lighting, and the venue’s chic rear lounge, Queens Garden, this activation blends high-end design with Toronto’s signature nightlife energy. It’s an experience made for celebrations, date nights, and of course, Instagram, aligning with a growing trend of immersive seasonal events redefining hospitality spaces across the city.
For Torontonians looking for a luxurious winter outing, Queens Harbour’s White Garden sets a new bar. Whether you’re popping in for a festive cocktail, settling in for dinner under the forest of suspended firs, or capturing the perfect winter-wonderland moment, this launch brings magic to the waterfront in a way only Queens Harbour can: bold, elegant, and unforgettable.
