After a breathtaking multi-million dollar renovation, Toronto’s iconic Harbour Sixty has officially reopened its doors—ushering in a bold new era for the legendary dining destination. For more than 25 years, Harbour Sixty has set the standard for luxury dining in the city, welcoming celebrities, professional athletes and power players from around the world. Now, following an ambitious transformation, the renowned steakhouse returns with its signature four-level experience—elevated even further—and introduces two exciting new concepts: Arianna and Estelle.

The redesigned space is nothing short of spectacular. Seamlessly marrying timeless sophistication with modern elegance, the new Harbour Sixty feels like a true rebirth—one that honours its storied legacy while confidently embracing the future. The iconic steakhouse continues to anchor the first and second floors of the historic building, presenting its acclaimed menu in a reimagined setting tailored for today’s discerning diner. Among the many highlights: the perfectly cooked filet, crisp and refreshing wedge salad and the indulgent signature coconut cream pie made a lasting impression—an exquisite journey from start to finish.

Above the main restaurant, on the third floor, is Estelle—a luxurious private event space designed for unforgettable experiences. Whether hosting an elegant wedding, a high-level corporate function or a milestone celebration, Estelle delivers versatility and style. Guests can enjoy curated food and beverage offerings from both Harbour Sixty and Arianna, the Italian restaurant located one floor above.

Within Estelle lies The Louis XIII Room, an intimate and architecturally inspired private dining room that channels the opulence of the Louis XIII era. With seating for up to 18 guests, this ultra-exclusive space is equipped with a private bar—allowing hosts to personalize every detail of the evening.

Arianna, perched on the fourth floor, offers a fresh and stylish take on Italian fine dining. The space is nothing short of stunning, featuring elegant décor, a vibrant DJ booth, a showstopping bar and panoramic views of the Toronto skyline. The menu reflects a modern vision of Italian cuisine—bold, refined and full of flavour. Standouts include handcrafted pastas, elevated seafood and what may be the finest veal in the city.

No mention of Harbour Sixty’s evolution would be complete without highlighting The Cellar, a newly envisioned private tasting room that embodies understated luxury. Tucked away within the venue, The Cellar offers an intimate, low-lit setting, ideal for curated wine experiences and exclusive gatherings. With its refined design and world-class wine list, it’s the perfect escape for oenophiles and culinary aficionados alike.

Together, these additions mark a thrilling new chapter for Harbour Sixty—where culinary excellence, bespoke service and inspired design converge to redefine luxury dining in Toronto.
