The One of a Kind show returns to the Enercare Centre with its Christmas edition, and this year is especially meaningful as it celebrates its 50th anniversary! The annual celebration of art, crafts, creativity, and originality is more festive than ever.

To add to the holiday spirit, guests can enjoy a traditional Campbell Amusements carousel, with donations supporting Make-A-Wish Canada. The floors have also been covered with a red carpet – a small touch that many attendees praised for making it easier and more comfortable to walk through the expansive venue. And there is a lot to see, with endless aisles of vendors to explore.

This season, more than 750 vendors are participating in the show, ranging from long-time favourites with over 30 years at OOAK to brand-new artisans. They showcase an incredible variety of original products, from stationery and jewelry to cookies and gourmet chocolates. The show’s renowned food section is especially impressive, featuring sauces and spices, nuts and nut butters, teas and mushroom coffees, preserves and jellies, honey and cheese, seafood and garlic spreads, deli meats, and more – made even better by the vendors’ generous sampling.

Another exciting addition this year is the traditional European-style Christmas market, complete with booths made of timber blocks, as well as a new Vintage Section. Featuring everything from books and magazines to clothing and furniture, the vintage aisle brings both nostalgia and charm to the festivities.
