Soluna recently kicked off the season with the launch of its summer rooftop experience, Sun Club, in collaboration with Veuve Clicquot, to introduce their newest Champagnes: RICH and RICH Rosé.

Located in the heart of downtown Toronto, Soluna’s rooftop has been transformed into a laid-back yet elevated summer space inspired by the South of France. With floral arrangements, soft drapery, warm lighting and pops of Veuve Clicquot’s signature yellow throughout, the space feels like a true escape from the city below.

At the entrance, we were welcomed with a Veuve-branded fan to help beat the heat, followed by a photo area with a vintage moped, styled in Veuve’s signature colours that added a fun, nostalgic touch, setting the tone for a thoughtfully curated evening. 

Once upstairs, guests were greeted with a glass of Veuve Clicquot RICH or RICH Rosé Champagnes, crafted specifically to be enjoyed over ice. Lighter and more refreshing than traditional pours, the RICH collection is designed for relaxed, warm-weather occasions. 

Throughout the evening, we enjoyed music from a live DJ, creating a vibrant, upbeat atmosphere that matched the setting perfectly. Servers offered a selection of small bites, including tuna tostadas with mango and chipotle mayo, an ideal mix of sweet and spicy, and Wagyu beef sliders served on soft brioche with fresh cucumber, which were both rich and satisfying without being too heavy. 

The event struck a balance between casual and luxurious, offering a well-designed space to enjoy quality drinks, delicious food and good company.

The Soluna Sun Club will be open throughout summer, making it a standout destination for anyone looking to enjoy warm days and golden evenings in the city.
