Tori joined FAJO in 2020 and specializes in fashion writing, mainly covering fashion features. She moved to Paris in 2018, where she obtained her Master’s in Fashion Studies from The New School Parsons. While in Paris, she focused on fashion publications, both studying them for her thesis project, and obsessing over them in her free time. Aside from magazines, Tori takes a keen interest in sustainable fashion, and recently relocated to Vancouver where she hopes to connect with more sustainable designers and give them a platform.
Tori has been fortunate enough to work with Maison Alaïa, L’OFFICIEL Magazine and ALEXA CHUNG, before coming to FAJO to pursue her love of fashion writing. In addition to journalism, she also does freelance graphic design and styling for fashion projects.
Outside of fashion, Tori has played bass in an all-female band and studied film. She also loves anything craft-related, especially latch hook, embroidery, crochet and bead work. Her current most sought-after item is a pair of vintage white cowboy boots.
