FAJO has long celebrated Italy’s rich cultural heritage – from its iconic fashion houses and renowned cuisine to its world-class art scene. This spring, Milan once again takes centre stage as Fiera Milano presents the 29th edition of miart, Milan’s international modern and contemporary art fair, running from April 4 to 6, with a VIP preview on April 3. Set within the Allianz MiCo, miart 2025 reaffirms its role as a global platform for artistic dialogue, blending Italian flair and international perspectives.
With 179 galleries from 30 countries across five continents, miart 2025 brings together over 100 years of artistic expression under one roof. This year’s edition welcomes both returning exhibitors and first-time participants, including Ben Brown Fine Arts, Sadie Coles HQ, MASSIMODECARLO, Meyer Riegger, Victoria Miro and Esther Schipper. A key highlight of miart 2025 is a special focus on the legacy of Robert Rauschenberg, with dedicated exhibitions and discussions exploring his lasting impact on the art world.

The fair is structured into three distinct sections, each offering a unique perspective on the evolution of artistic expression. Established presents modern and contemporary masters, bridging historical significance with today’s creative innovations. Portal acts as a curated dialogue between past and present, featuring works that re-contextualize artistic movements through fresh interpretations. Emergent shines a spotlight on the next generation of artists — galleries showcasing bold, avant-garde voices pushing the boundaries of contemporary art. Together, these sections offer a dynamic and overarching look at the global art landscape.
