Joel is a fashion business student in his final semester at Centennial College. He is currently doing his internship with FAJO, working on marketing campaigns and creating a variety of digital content that would prepare him for a career in the fashion industry.

Born in Spain to Equatoguinean parents, and partly raised in the U.K., has allowed Joel to not only speak four languages, but see different perspectives of the world. His mum was a fashion designer in Equatorial Guinea after years of being a seamstress in Spain. She has always been the main reason why he wanted to work in fashion. Seeing her sew things together, and creating garments that stem from her imagination without having been trained at all, truly gave him the inspiration to pursue a career in this industry.
