Don’t be surprised if your Twitter feed is full of shoeless tweeps captured #withoutshoes on Apr.10.
This year, TOMS is encouraging everyone to raise awareness about the millions of children who live without shoes, by partaking in the sixth annual One Day Without Shoes event via social media.
The California-based shoe company is renowned for its philanthropic One for One business model of donating one pair of shoes for every product sold. Best of all, participants don’t have to leave the house shoeless, but can get involved by simply sharing a photo of themselves without shoes on the social media platform of their choice.
Those interested in taking the campaign one step further, with T-shirts and rally signs, can download the DIY toolkit on the One Day Without Shoes website.
What better way to spark conversion than showing off your feet on Facebook? Don’t worry, it’s for a great cause!
