A new venue unveiled its first art exhibition in Toronto on May 17, and FAJO Magazine was invited to the private viewing and opening night that was presented to hundreds of VIP attendees.

House of Moments Art Lounge and Event Space and artist Jessica “JessGo” Gorlicky teamed up for the exhibition called “Speak4Uself.”

Gorlicky said the theme of the showcase was the one she always wanted to adopt in her own life and she now wanted to inspire others to do the same.

“I want people to walk away with a sense of freedom of expression,” she said.

“Speak4URself” featured 27 pieces that Gorlicky created exclusively for the event, including art sculptures and installations.

The show ran until June 7 and was very well received across the city.

“House of Moments mandate is realized through the creation of a space where multidisciplinary art intersects with everyday life,” said Hamid Kouchak, House of Moments’ founder. “We aim to stimulate conversation and interaction based around art that expresses the message of love.”
