Luxury outerwear Save the Duck pop-up launch party in Toronto

November 12, 2024

Last week, the iconic Yorkville retailer in Toronto, Over The Rainbow, held an exclusive event for its pop-up shop Save The Duck, an Italian luxury brand established in 2012, well-known for its commitment to producing 100% animal-free and cruelty-free outerwear. Located at 55 Bloor St. West, the pop-up will run for one month, giving everyone the chance to purchase an ethical and trendy outerwear for the up-coming winter.

Guests were greeted at the door with upbeat music that set a lively tone for the night. The layout of the pop-up shop was thoughtfully designed with the brand’s orange duck mascot standing in the front of the collection, including puffer jackets, raincoats, and vests in different colours and fabrics. Aside from the brand being cruelty-free, their outerwear felt warm, light, breathable and comfortable.

The event also featured refreshing cocktails, inspired by the brand’s message, such as Eco-rita and the Kind Quencher, alongside a delicious and colourful spread of Italian gourmet snacks. In between browsing racks and sipping cocktails, guests mingled, shared style tips and took photos. A 360 video booth was set up, letting guests capture memories from the evening.

Overall, the event was a fun and stylish affair that perfectly blended shopping with socializing. Save The Duck’s pop-up shop launch not only highlighted the fashionable and functional outerwear, but also embodied the brand’s personality and values, leaving everyone excited for what’s coming next.
