The Lower East Side was bumping with the sounds of summer on June 3, as DJs spun a mellow mix to soundtrack the stroll down Orchard Street. The “Day Life” block party was the perfect kick-off to the coming weeks of long-awaited summer nightlife.

New Yorkers reclaimed the blocks between Houston and Delancey, debuting their seasonal flair and comparing notes on this season’s trends.

Local vendors offered tasty treats, while skateboarding demonstrations, DJ lessons and ping-pong tables provided ample entertainment!
