With summer in full swing, a special series of events is currently happening in Toronto’s west end.

Tiger of Sweden (56 Ossington Ave) is celebrating the season with Saturday parties during the month of June. #TigerLovesOssington series will focus on patio festivities, delicious food, refreshing beverages and shopping.

“We’re so proud to call Ossington home to our Canadian flagship location,” said Laurence Slavin, brand manager of Tiger of Sweden, Canada. “We’re excited to celebrate the close-knit Ossington community by partnering with our neighbours to highlight the diverse offerings of the street and further enrich the street culture that drew us to the area.”

Summer Launch Party took place on June 7, and a Father’s Day Shopping event followed this past weekend. Still ahead are:

Saturday, June 21 – 11 a.m. to 5 p.m.
To celebrate the longest day of the year, guests can hit the patio and welcome the Summer Solstice with cold tequila cocktails and bite-sized ceviche appetizers from Reposado (136 Ossington Ave.).

Saturday, June 28 – 11 a.m. to 5 p.m.
The final shopping event of the month celebrates Canada Day! Craft beer from local breweries, including Bellwoods Brewery (124 Ossington Ave) and Canadiana-themed gifts from the Drake General Store (1144 Queen Street West) will be the day’s highlights.
