Holiday picks from Encircled

December 13, 2018

We love a Canadian brand and the one that caught our attention this fall is Encircled.

The brand’s approach is that if they can’t make an item at home, they just won’t create it. All of their sewing studios are less than 35 km away from their Toronto office.

Encircled began with a desire to create clothing so you could travel lighter in comfort and with style. As the brand grew, they questioned if carry-on only travel is possible, and wondered why do we need so much clothing at home? The brand’s team says that, on average, women wear about 50% of their closet, which means there’s space for less in your wardrobe and room for more versatile options. They believe that the most sustainable garment is the one with seasonless design that stands the test of time.

Their latest key releases are The Wrap-Up Scarf and The Minimalist Mock Neck. Both would make a great holiday gift for someone special on your list.

The scarf is ultra-long, and its wide design functions as a wrap, shrug or throw. This item is made from sustainable sweater knit fabric, and is available in Dark Cranberry, Heathered Black, Pearl Beige and Soft Mauve.

The Mock Neck is fitted, stylish and sustainable with long sleeves. It is made from soft, four-way stretch fabric that is breathable and comfortable for all-day wear. This item is available in Black, Dark Heathered Grey and Deep Indigo.

Happy holidays and happy shopping!
