FAJO Photoshoot: #Selfie

April 7, 2014

For our latest photoshoot, FAJO‘s team worked on a unique concept — the idea of a “selfie” was recreated in an editorial photoshoot form.

“A selfie” is generally a casual self-portrait, taken by people who use their smartphones as cameras and then upload them to social media platforms. There is a comfort and ease of taking your own photo — the reaction you capture portrays the self-image that you like, and can be both a private and a personal moment with intent to be seen by a mass audience.

Though each image was set up and framed individually in this project, the ultimate appearance added to the curiosity of what goes on behind the scenes at a fashion shoot.
