Set against the stunning backdrop of the Kananaskis Mountain Lodge, our three-day experience was nothing short of extraordinary. Nestled in the heart of nature, the lodge offered not only a serene environment but also access to incredible amenities like the Nordic spa, enhancing the holistic wellness experience.

We savoured hot tea, immersed ourselves in a guided outdoor hike amidst the majestic mountains, and relished the remarkable culinary offerings from two of the hotel’s restaurants. The following day, led by Michaela Sparrow, an Australian registered dietitian, we gained valuable insights into cultivating healthier habits, receiving practical advice on nutrition and exercise planning for our ongoing journey. This immersive encounter highlighted MyFitnessPal’s dedication to educating users beyond digital tracking, emphasizing the seamless integration of healthy practices into our daily lives.

As the new year unfolds, MyFitnessPal, in collaboration with Kate Hudson, is now introducing the Small Steps, Big Wins Plan. This 7-day program is dedicated to facilitating small, attainable steps that can have a lasting impact on health goals.
