Simone Pérèle, spring/summer 2017

January 10, 2017

It’s the most delicate, romantic, feminine, yet functional, lingerie you will ever find.

Back in 1948, designer Simone Pérèle stated that “in order to reveal women’s beauty, we must liberate women’s bodies.” So, she set up her corsetry workshop in a building close to Grands Boulevards in Paris.

Many years later, her creative expertise, combined with her knowledge of how to create the ultimate lingerie comfort, have been passed onto the second and third generation of the Pérèle family who are now in charge of the company. With 12 subsidiaries, 1,500 employees worldwide and more than 3 million articles produced each year, the brand is now renowned all over the globe.

For spring/summer 2017, Simone Pérèle plays with soft pastels, combined with statement and classic colours: soft pink and cream, deep red and navy, black and white – there is something for everyone. A particular highlight of the collection is the detachable component of certain bras that can peak through the clothes and is reminiscent of jewelry. This makes the bras easily convertible from a subtle look during the day, to a more colourful one for a night out.

Here are the select looks from the new collection.
