Galia Lahav, Victorian Affinity bridal couture line

July 17, 2017

With the latest season of Game of Thrones started yesterday, we are very much inspired by the majestic, avant garde outfits and costumes in the show.

Victorian-style clothing is making a comeback on the runways as well, and one of our favourite bridal collections this year is Galia Lahav’s incredible couture line, fit for a queen.

Victorian Affinity line is inspired, first and foremost, by the outstanding Victorian era in England and its parallel phase in France, LeBelle Epoque. Lahav dedicated this collection to Jeanne Margaine-Lacroix, a designer who challenged the Victorian style in its era and made a change of how we perceive femininity.

“A bridal gown should be treated and fitted with love and care, as carried on a bride in her wedding day, and so we bring you our perception of it,” says Lahav.

Here are our favourite pieces from this stunning collection.
